Eligibility for Return & Refund

We accept returns, refunds, or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  2. You received a defective product.

  3. You received the wrong product.

  4. The product was delivered in an incorrect quantity.

  5. The product was delivered in an incorrect size.

⚠️ Returns or refunds will not be accepted for reasons other than the above-mentioned cases.


Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return.

  • The product should be returned within 5 days of delivery.

  • If your order is damaged/defective/wrong, you must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Once approved, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.


Return & Exchange Process

  2. Once approved, you can return the product.

  3. If the return is approved:

    • Exchange/Replacement: A replacement or exchanged product will be delivered within 7 days.

    • Refund: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 days after we receive the returned product in acceptable condition.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Based on the situation, we will process a replacement or a full refund.


Exchange Policy

  • In some cases, we may provide an exchange instead of a refund (for example, replacing the same product with the correct size or a fresh piece).

  • Exchange availability will be decided at the sole discretion of Trenzkart, based on product availability and condition.
